On 22 May 2026, during the third meeting of ministers in Istanbul, the issue of accelerating the signing of an intergovernmental agreement on the implementation of this project was also discussed among the Energy Ministries of Bulgaria, Azerbaijan, Türkiye, and Georgia," the statement noted.
