According to operational data for the first half of 2026, Azerbaijan produced a total of 13.3 million tons of oil, including condensate.

According to the data, 7.9 million tons of production came from the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli field, 1.7 million tons from Shah Deniz, and 0.3 million tons from the Absheron field. Oil and condensate production by SOCAR amounted to 3.4 million tons.
From January to June, the country exported a total of 10.5 million tons of oil and condensate. Of this volume, 9.5 million tons were exported by the consortium, 0.7 million tons by SOCAR, and 0.3 million tons by JOCAP.
The ministry noted that during the reporting period, average daily crude oil production stood at 61 thousand tons (449 thousand barrels), while condensate production amounted to 12 thousand tons (103 thousand barrels). As a result, total daily oil production averaged 73 thousand tons, or 552 thousand barrels.
In addition, 2.9 million tons of oil were refined in the country during the first six months of the year.
