Representatives of the energy ministries of Azerbaijan and Ukraine have discussed the construction of a reservoir-type power plant in Mingachevir.
The discussions took place during a meeting held in Uzhhorod, Ukraine.
The project is planned to be implemented using Ukrainian expertise and technologies.
The planned capacity of the power plant is 1,000 MW, while the total project cost is estimated at USD 1.5 billion.
